Managing project scope creep in construction industry

Purpose Project scope creep is a nightmare and nearly intolerable task. Most project managers struggle to curtail the expanse degree of creep. This study examines different likely factors associated with construction industry projects. Design/methodology/approach After many brainstorming sessions stakeholders, several were identified. Then, detailed survey was executed in big projects United Arab Emirates (UAE). The data analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory (CFA). Findings results derived validated five conspicuous leading Respectively, highest lowest impact on appears be imposed by tasks/specifications complexity/uncertainty.
